  The PPG Emerging Leaders Alumni Association provides a resource for continued education, networking, and leadership growth. We will focus on accountability, responsibility, and connecting in an environment that is productive and fun.

The ELA Alumni Association is a group of former ELA participants who are committed to continuing their journey of personal and professional growth to become the best leader they can be for their organizations and families. 

We will meet  3 times each year with both virtual and in-person events focused on networking, learning, and building relationships.  

It's easy to join, there are only 3 simple criteria.

1. Have been a participant in any PPG ELA program
2. Have a desire to learn and connect with other leaders
3. Sign up, show up, and add value

How much to Join?

• $100 per year per person (See link below)

When will we meet?

• 3 X per year
• Two virtual and one in-person meeting

How long is each meeting?

• Each virtual meeting will be no longer than 100 minutes
• The in-person meeting will be a combination of networking and learning 

What will each session include?

• Each session will include one main topic for learning
• A featured speaker who will share their knowledge
• Breakout sessions on topics that the members want to work on
• Networking opportunities
